Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, FP&A
Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for being objective and a business partner, leading collaborative efforts, and efficient planning and analysis that supports our key business decisions.
•    Analyses business trends; leads and aligns financial forecasts and long-range planning processes with our business leaders. Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decision-marking around strategic business initiatives.
•    Prepares monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis. Able to clearly communicate a cohesive and concise story around business drivers behind financial data and potential implications on future results.
•    Builds financial models and scenarios as a key input for business planning decisions in areas such as resource selection/deployment, non-Salary expenses, etc.
•    Handles annual budget processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends, and operational efficiency. Aligns' budget to business strategies and gains alignment from business partners.
•    Performs customer and product profitability analysis and makes investment and pricing decisions. Finds opportunities to drive revenue growth, margin expansion and a more favourable mix (i.e., driving preferred products and services).
•    Identifies and executes upon operational improvement opportunities. Demonstrates proficiency of technical tools and financial systems.
•    Serves as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective, safeguarding our company's assets. Ensures controls are in place and the company's intellectual property is protected.

Responsibilities

This position requires excellent organizational, analytical, management & strategic thinking skills to partner with senior stakeholders in multiple functions to develop and drive financial strategies.
•    Experience in preparation and review of Operating Plan/budgets and forecasts/outlook
•    Management reporting (MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis) with detailed commentary and analysis
•    Review business performance and support decision making by providing stakeholders with meaningful insights and visibility on business performance on regular basis
•    Generate insights into business performance to help drive improved financial results and facilitate fact-based decision making
•    Keep business teams on course for delivering the outcomes identified during discussions, reviews, and partner in delivering the same
•    Continuously monitor business performance, act as a fact-based challenger, and develop recommendations for improvements
•    Drive discussions with senior stake holders on margin improvements, revenue, and other improvements
•    Partner cross-functionally providing a breadth of insight and financial decision support
•    Conduct ad-hoc analysis, sensitivity analysis, industry analysis, what if analysis to understand the financial impacts of various operational decisions
•    Preparation of Pricing, business case and commercials and involve in contract preparation and negotiation with customer on financial aspects of the contract
•    Managing customer contracts from commercial standpoint and involving in discussion and negotiations with customer on commercial aspects
•    Actively take part and provide innovative thoughts/ideas and drive org wide initiatives
•    Effective leader with distinguished skills in training & motivating a large workforce for accomplishing greater operational efficiency & high-resolution rate

Minimum Qualifications

•    Certified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or an MBA
•    Upbeat, confident, outspoken & good in communication
•    Self – Initiative
•    Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain calm under pressure
•    Attention to detail
•    Team collaboration Skills
•    Experience in Finance function

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Prior experience in FP&A Domain
•    Ability to handle leadership queries and quick turnaround
