Job Description

TCS is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Associate in the Banking Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions over calls, providing support for banking-related queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The candidate should have prior experience in a call center voice process and exposure to the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services.

* Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding banking products, transactions, and account-related queries.

* Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

* Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow required procedures.

* Ensure compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies.

* Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.

* Maintain professional communication and customer service etiquette.

* Meet defined performance metrics, productivity targets, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Call Center / Voice Process.

* Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector is mandatory.

* Strong verbal communication skills and customer handling abilities.

* Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer queries efficiently.

* Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

* Willingness to work in night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
