Associate Consultant - Cyber Consulting - CyberArk

Job Title: CyberArk PAM Associate Consultant   Overview : We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) Implementation engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive discovery, build/configuration, testing, and go-live for CyberArk implementations helping clients reduce privileged access risk. CyberArk certification (CDE-PAM / CDE-CPC) is preferred.
  • Build, configure, and engineer CyberArk PAM components as per design: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM/PSMP (as applicable).
  • Implement CyberArk hardening and baseline configuration standards (certificates/TLS, security settings, logging requirements).
  • Execute privileged account onboarding activities at scale:
  • Create/configure Safes, roles, permissions, platforms, password policies, rotation schedules, and access workflows.
  • Onboard privileged accounts for Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, and enterprise applications.
  • Configure and validate session management (PSM/PSMP):
  • Connection components, session recording/audit settings, access control rules, and session troubleshooting.
  • Implement CyberArk capabilities/products where applicable: SIA, SWS, and SCA
  • Configure policy controls and validate secure access flows aligned to business use cases.
  • Perform deployment activities across environments, supporting upgrades and patching as part of project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Information Security (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in PAM/IAM engineering with exposure to CyberArk implementations.
  • Practical experience with CyberArk PAM core components: Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM/PSMP.
  • Experience implementing onboarding constructs: Safes, platforms, policies, permissions, rotation, and account lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix fundamentals; good understanding of AD/LDAP.
  • Strong fundamentals in networking and security: DNS, firewall/ports, certificates/TLS, and troubleshooting connectivity.
  • Scripting and automation skills: PowerShell (preferred), Python, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to follow solution designs and implement consistently across environments with strong documentation discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle client interactions effectively.
