Operations Associate – Claims (International Voice Process)

Job Qualifications

You’re a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have experience in an International Voice Process (mandatory)

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree

  • Can join immediately

  • Have 1–2 years of experience (insurance domain experience preferred)

  • Demonstrate clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Are highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Are flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
