Job Description

1. Perform eukaryotic (mammalian) cell culture in sterile environment, prepare master & working cell banks, qualification of cell lines for biological assays, and related activities in a GLP environment for regulatory submissions in the US and other markets. Experience with serum-free culture is preferred
2. Plan & execute various in-vitro biological assays, including signal transduction (cAMP) assays, cell proliferation assays, (radio)-ligand binding assays, among others. Knowledge & working experience with Enzyme Fragment Complementation assay kits is preferred
3. Preparation, review and documentation (SOP, STP, Test Reports, etc) of bio-analytical methods, manage deviations and incidences as per established procedures. Have a good understanding of published literature, implement new research methods and ideas to overcome challenges
4. Assist in lab management, maintenance of equipment, inventory of R&D consumable, support & coordinate with internal business units, including formulation, QA, QC, regulatory and other CFTs

Work Experience

MSc with 8 year experience, MPharm with 6 year experience, or PhD 

Education

Masters in BiotechnologyDoctorate in Biopharmaceutics or Biology
