What you’ll bring

• Responsible for managing the development team, ensuring they deliver required features on time and with high quality.
• Understanding the specifications for new requirements and collaborating with the product management team to ensure alignment.
• Conduct Dev UAT to verify that the developed features meet the requirements defined by the product management team.
• Monitor Mantis tickets and UAT comments. Prioritize them as necessary, ensuring the team is focused on the priority tasks
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
• Define development timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure optimal resource utilization within the team.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and secure development guidelines.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Identify technical risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure timely defect resolution and smooth release cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development efficiency and reduce technical debt.
