Role: Technical Support – Service Desk

Location: Pune

Job Summary –

Candidates with a minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts

Years of experience needed –

Minimum 2 years of experience

Technical Skills:

 Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint

 Active listening and probing skills

 Effective business communication skills

 Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles

 Receptive for feedback and willing to learn

 Positive attitude and team player

 Service Desk – Tech support Level 1

 Effective Business Communication

 Communication in neutral accent over phone
