Audit Executive

Role Objective

To maintain strong operational discipline, financial transparency, and process compliance across outlets through structured audits, data validation, MIS reporting, and administrative coordination. The role ensures accurate reporting, process improvement, and strict adherence to SOPs without disrupting ongoing outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit & ComplianceConduct regular operational and financial audits across outlets to ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
• Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor implementation of SOPs and ensure process discipline across centres.

MIS & Reporting

• Ensure 100% timely submission of monthly Audit & MIS reports.
• Prepare and maintain audit trackers, compliance dashboards, and performance MIS.
• Ensure zero delay in month-end reporting and audit tracker updates.

Data Validation & Monitoring

• Validate sales data, expense reports, operational documents, and financial statements.
• Maintain daily trackers and MIS reports with accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with outlet teams for data correction, clarification, and document verification.

Process Improvement & Coordination

• Assist in identifying workflow inefficiencies and support process enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure audits and reviews do not interfere with regular outlet operations.
• Manage email communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams for smooth data flow.

• 100% on-time submission of Audit & MIS reports
• No delays in month-end closing reports and audit trackers
• Accuracy of audit findings and MIS data
• Implementation and monitoring of SOP compliance
• Effective coordination with outlet and HO teams
• Quick learning and smooth transition during handover

Required Skills & Technical Competencies

• Technical SkillsStrong MS Excel proficiency (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
• Audit tracking & monthly reporting expertise
• Ability to maintain daily trackers and MIS documentation
• Accurate mathematical and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of SOP implementation and compliance
• Email drafting and professional coordination skills
