Automobile Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Job Summary: The Automobile Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales targets by understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales experience from enquiry to delivery.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in customers, telephonic and online enquiries professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, insurance, and accessories
• Arrange and conduct test drives
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI’s
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for documentation
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM / DMS
• Participate in showroom events, promotions, and OEM activities
• Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Ability to work under sales targets
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Qualifications: Minimum: Graduate / HSC (as per dealership policy)
• Preferred: Experience in automobile or retail sales
