About Client:


Our Client is an Indian electric vehicle startup company based in Bangalore, India.


Role: Sales Manager


Location:- Mumbai - Sakinaka, Andheri, Mumbai


Roles & Responsibilities: 

∙Analyse sales trends and results. 

∙Participating & organising in sales team meetings. 

∙Team management and Customer handling. 

∙Should have thorough knowledge about the bikes. 

∙Responsible for monitoring team roles during Test Rides and ensure customer satisfaction.  

∙Finding prospects and generating leads daily. 

∙Ensure to close the sale and handle the customer till the delivery. 

∙Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies 

and strategies. 

∙Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and 

individual recognition. 

∙Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals 

∙Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly 

∙Document customer interactions. 

∙Develop successful and ongoing relationships with customers and clients 

∙Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activities 

∙Provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and 

add value to the selling process. 

 

 



Requirements

Year of Experience: Should have a relevant Sales experience for at least 7+ years especially in Premium Segment bikes. 


Min Qualification:- Graduation.


DL is mandatory.​
