Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Coordinate installation, service, and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for UPS and Inverter systems.
- Maintain AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records and track upcoming renewals.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely support resolution in coordination with field engineers.
- Prepare and manage service reports, customer feedback, and visit logs.
- Update and maintain inventory of UPS systems and related spares.
- Create and share quotations, service invoices, and work orders.
- Coordinate with vendors for spares, replacement, or warranty claims.
- Ensure service SLAs are met and update clients on service status.
- Support the sales/technical team with documentation and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for service activities and team performance.
