ob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage online ad posting activities across multiple platforms. The role involves preparing content, uploading advertisements, updating listings, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in all postings. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working with digital tools.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPost advertisements on designated online platforms (job portals, social media, marketplace sites, etc.).
  • Prepare, edit, and format content before posting.
  • Ensure all ads meet platform guidelines and company standards.
  • Update and re-post ads regularly to maintain visibility.
  • Track performance of postings and report daily/weekly activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of posted ads and login credentials for platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, or HR teams for content and updates.
  • Identify issues (blocked ads, errors, missing content) and resolve them promptly.
  • Perform routine back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, and email handling.
  • Required SkillsGood computer literacy (MS Office, spreadsheets, Google tools).
  • Ability to work with multiple online posting platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic content editing/formatting skills.
  • Good communication and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines.
