Back Office Executive

Job Title: Operatios Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Reporting To: Team Lead / Operations Manager

Shift Timing: Night Shift (e.g., 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)

Job Objective: To ensure efficient and accurate processing of files (Consumer Durable) during night shift hours and data in compliance with defined SOPs, while meeting turnaround time and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Process and validate operational files as per SOP.

 Perform thorough checks to ensure completeness, correctness, and consistency of data before file submission.

 Ensure all tasks are completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) to meet service level agreements.

 Maintain high accuracy levels in file processing.

 Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and clarification. Skills & Qualifications:

 Graduate in any discipline.

 0–2 years of experience in back-office operations or data processing.

 Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry tools.

 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Good communication and coordination skills.
