Role & Responsibilities

• Make timely outbound calls using provided scripts.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
• Record all interactions clearly in the CRM system.

• 0–6 months of customer support experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems.
• Good multitasking and time management abilities.
• Team player with strong written and verbal skills.
