Job Description - Back Office Executive/Area Account Manager

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive based in Pune. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing data entry and documentation, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Daily tasks may include maintaining records, preparing MIS/Excel reports, assisting in HR/finance documentation, coordinating with different departments, and supporting overall business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Experience in administrative or back-office roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred, but freshers with strong skills can also apply)
