Job Description:

PRIC Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. This role involves backend operational support, data handling, and customer interaction management to ensure smooth functioning of our tech platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle creator and buyer queries across all active platforms
• Create and manage events, sessions, and courses on the company platform
• Lead hunting and onboarding for platform growth
• Check and confirm payments through backend systems
• Analyze churn data and generate performance reports
• Conduct weekly feedback and reference calls to past clients
• Data entry and system updates as per operational needs

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic understanding of digital platforms and content systems
• Comfortable using web dashboards and tracking tools
• Good grasp of Excel or similar data tools is a plus
