Back Office Executive

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Management Candidate / Management Executive to support and manage overall company operations and projects.

Job Description:

• The candidate will be involved in monitoring and coordinating all ongoing company projects, ensuring that activities are executed smoothly and completed within defined timelines.

• The role includes close coordination with internal teams, field staff, vendors, and service partners to maintain proper communication and workflow.

• The candidate will be responsible for tracking payments, following up on pending amounts, and ensuring that all financial transactions are completed on time.

• In addition, the candidate will regularly check and confirm that deliveries of materials, products, or services are completed accurately and within the scheduled time.

• The position also requires maintaining proper records, preparing basic reports related to project status, payments, and deliveries, and updating senior management on progress, delays, or issues. This role is ideal for MBA or BBA candidates, management graduates, or freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, operations, and management.
