Job Description

Job Purpose:


The Admin manager will oversee and manage the administrative and operational functions of the organization, ensuring smooth coordination between departments handling Equity, Mutual Funds, and Insurance business operations and assist client for trades and contribute the revenue. This role requires strong organizational skills, compliance knowledge, and effective people management to support the company’s overall financial services operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operations Management


Manage day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring effective office functioning.


Supervise back-office operations for Equity trading, Mutual Fund distribution, and Insurance services.


Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements (SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI).


Handle vendor management, contracts, and office facilities.


Oversee MIS reporting, data management, and client service support functions.


Compliance & Regulatory Support


Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines across Equity, MF, and Insurance business verticals.


Coordinate with compliance officers for timely submission of reports to exchanges, AMCs, and insurance companies.


Monitor KYC processes, audit requirements, and internal policies.


Team & Stakeholder Management


Lead and supervise the admin/operations team, providing guidance and training.


Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Dealers, and Advisors to ensure smooth client servicing.


Act as a bridge between management and operations teams.


Process Improvement & Efficiency


Identify gaps in operational processes and suggest improvements.


Implement best practices for workflow automation, cost control, and efficiency.


Ensure timely support for sales and business development teams.


Skills & Competencies Required:


Strong understanding of Equity Markets, Mutual Funds, and Insurance operations.


Knowledge of compliance guidelines (SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI).


Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.


Strong leadership and team management skills.


Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.


Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and back-office software.
