Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Admin to support daily HR and administrative operations, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and office administration.


Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate recruitment activities (interview scheduling, follow-ups).


Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.


Support onboarding and employee queries.


Handle office administration, vendors, and inventory.


Assist with travel, meetings, and basic HR reports (MIS).


Requirements:


Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.


Basic HR & admin knowledge.


Good communication and MS Office skills.


Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.


Preferred:


Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.


HR/Admin internship experience is a plus.


Salary: As per company standards / experience.
