Profile Overview - We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Banquet/Venue Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and managing event bookings for our venue, which may include banquets, conferences, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of event planning, and a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.· Assists the property’s Banquets/Catering Department in the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts with a focus on group and catering accounts.

Job Details for Banquet Sales:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate bookings for the venue.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and vendors to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct site tours and meetings with potential clients to showcase the venue and its services.
• Prepare and present event proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
• Collaborate with the operations and catering teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client’s event planning journey.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely manner.

Required Education and Skill

• Bachelor’s degree / diploma in hospitality or in the related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in banquet management, or similar.
• Exceptional ability to sale banquets/venue, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Marathi.

Designation & Remuneration: Will be allotted based on the candidate’s experience and previous designation.
