1. Welcomes each customer with a smile and eye-to-eye connection.
		
3. Thank each customer for his/her visit.

4. Knows the definition and process of brewing amazing coffee.

5. Can foam the milk and make coffee according to the standards.

6. Has the essential information about espresso and coffee machine.

7. Knows the recipes and serving norms of all hot and cold refreshments.

8. Keeps the cleaning and cleanliness rules.

9. Keeps the guideline of order taking.

10. Knows the most common way of punching the limits in POS.
