A hospitality venture started by two youngsters, focusing on creating an impact in the coffee and food industry in Pune. We have a 70-seater specialty restaurant in Kothrud- Cafe PNQ.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista/Service Executive based in Pune. The responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring high standards of food preparation and hygiene, providing customers with excellent service experiences, managing customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and contributing to a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the establishment. The role will also include supporting other team members to ensure smooth customer service operations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn to make new beverages, including Coffee and non-coffee.
• Guest interaction and communication.
• Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences.
• Freshers are welcome.

Salary: Based on experience, a salary of Rs. 15000-Rs. 18000.
