Barista

A hospitality venture started by two youngsters, focusing on creating an impact in the coffee and food industry in Pune. We have a 70-seater specialty restaurant in Kothrud- Cafe PNQ.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista/Service Executive based in Pune. The responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring high standards of food preparation and hygiene, providing customers with excellent service experiences, managing customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and contributing to a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the establishment. The role will also include supporting other team members to ensure smooth customer service operations.

Qualifications

Willingness to learn to make new beverages, including Coffee and non-coffee.

Guest interaction and communication.

Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
