Job Summary:

A Beautician provides professional beauty services to clients, including skincare, hair care, makeup, and grooming treatments. The role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to enhance clients’ appearance and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and hair treatments.

Apply makeup and give skincare or haircare advice to clients.

Recommend beauty products suitable for clients’ needs.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salon and work area.

Sterilize and sanitize tools and equipment after each use.

Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.

Build good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Manage appointments and maintain client records.

Skills and Qualifications:

Certification or diploma in cosmetology or beauty therapy.

Prior experience as a beautician, makeup artist, or cosmetologist preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and creativity.

Knowledge of beauty products and treatments.

Hygiene and sanitation awareness.

Work Environment:

Salon, spa, beauty clinic, or freelance setup.
