Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician and Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hair styling, coloring, and various beauty treatments, including skincare, waxing, and makeup application. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

Hairdressing Duties:

• Cut, trim, and style hair based on client requests and current trends.
• Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments.
• Offer hair treatments such as deep conditioning, scalp treatments, and hair masks.
• Recommend hairstyles and hair care products based on clients’ face shape and hair condition.

Beautician Duties:

• Perform facials, skincare treatments, and basic dermatological care.
• Provide waxing, threading, and hair removal services.
• Apply makeup for special events, photoshoots, or daily wear.
• Conduct manicures, pedicures, and nail art services (if applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas.

General Duties:

• Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain client records and appointment schedules.
• Upsell salon products and services where appropriate.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty and hair trends and techniques.
