Summary:
As a BI Engineer, you will engage in the development, migration, deployment, and maintenance of data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you create effectively drive adoption and informed decision-making. You will also focus on integrating security measures and data privacy protections into your work, ensuring that the insights generated are both valuable and secure. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data models that support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with data visualization techniques to present insights effectively.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to work with SQL for data manipulation and querying.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
