Billing Engineer

Undertake measurements at site and get JMR done.

Preparing quantities and rate analysis.

Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates.

Preparation of BOQ (Item Rates), Rate analysis, Preparation of Measurements for Client Billing.

Responsible for preparation & checking of measurement sheets of RA bills for clients.

Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required.

Coordination with client & contractor and all activities related to RA bill checking.

Preparing the work orders & amendments for sub-contract works and taking the approval for the same.

Should be able to prepare client's and sub-contractor bills.

Arithmetic and technical checking of all bills

Checking subcontractor’s bills

Compile Tender Documents based on the requirements of the project.
