Billing Executive

We are looking for a skilled Billing Engineer with experience in waterproofing or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site measurement, preparation of running and final bills, coordination with site and client teams, and maintaining billing records as per project requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Billing & Documentation

• Preparation of Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills
• Preparation of client billing as per work progress
• Checking subcontractor bills and measurements
• Maintaining billing registers and records

2. Measurement & Site Coordination

• Taking site measurements for waterproofing works
• Preparing measurement sheets as per BOQ items
• Coordinating with site engineers and supervisors
• Verifying executed quantities at site

3. BOQ & Rate Analysis

• Understanding BOQ items and specifications
• Rate analysis for extra items if required
• Variation and extra work quantity calculation

4. Client Coordination

• Submission of bills to client
• Handling billing queries and clarifications
• Supporting documentation submission

5. Reporting

• Preparing weekly and monthly billing reports
• Tracking bill submission and payment status

• Required SkillsKnowledge of waterproofing work measurement
• Good knowledge of Excel and billing software
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (Preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle site and office coordination

• QualificationDiploma / BE Civil (Preferred)
• Experience in Waterproofing / Construction Billing
