BMS & Assembly Line Operator

Role Summary:

The BMS & Assembly Line Operator is responsible for the installation, basic configuration, and testing of Battery Management Systems (BMS) within battery packs. The operator will also work on the assembly line, performing various tasks to build and prepare battery packs for final integration.

Key Responsibilities:

•            Perform precise installation and mounting of BMS units and wiring harnesses into battery pack assemblies.

•            Conduct basic functional tests on the BMS (e.g., voltage, temperature sensor checks) as part of the quality control process.

•            Operate and monitor assembly line machinery and tools for tasks such as connector assembly and final pack integration.

•            Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions meticulously to ensure product quality and consistency.

•            Identify and report any malfunctions or defects in components, particularly related to the BMS and electrical connections.

•            Maintain a clean, static-safe, and organized work environment as required for handling sensitive electronic components.

•            Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to resolve assembly line issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•            ITI certification in Electronics & Mechanical or a similar field.

•            Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training will be provided.

•            High level of dexterity and attention to detail for handling delicate electronic components like BMS and connectors.

•            Eagerness to learn complex systems and processes.

•            Basic understanding of electrical systems is highly desirable.

•            Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
