BPO Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls (support) and make outbound calls (sales/follow-ups).
• Information & Sales: Explain products/services, offer solutions, upsell, and convert leads into sales.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, uncertainties, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records (CRM), and report interactions.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Compliance: Follow communication scripts, company policies, and procedures.
