Job Title: Outbound Calling Executive – Bajaj Process

Department: Outbound Voice Process

Location: Wadgaon Sheri, Pune

Shift Timing: Day Shift Only

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good verbal communication in Hindi is essential
• Must be comfortable with outbound calling and sales conversations
• Willingness to work from office

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain Bajaj products and services clearly and persuasively
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets
• Coordinate with team leads and report performance metrics

Salary and Incentives

• In-hand salary: ₹10,700 to ₹12,200 per month (based on interview performance)
