Process: Outbound Telecaller - Bajaj Finserv
Location: Mantri IT Park, Viman Nagar, Pune
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Hindi - Marathi Communication Required (Basic English Prefered)
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,200 In-hand
- Weekly Incentive: ₹1,000
- Performance Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
- Attractive earning potential with fixed + variable pay
Shift Details:
- Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
