Urgent Requirement for Branch Head

Experience – Minimum 2 years

Salary Range – 20000 to 50000

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently
• Ensure smooth functioning of sales, counselling, and academic teams
• Monitor branch performance and productivity
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and operational standards
• Ensure company policies and processes are followed

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Drive branch revenue and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Lead the sales and business development team
• Plan and execute sales strategies and campaigns
• Monitor lead conversion and admissions performance
• Improve overall branch profitability

3. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and manage sales executives, counselors, and trainers
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve targets
• Handle team issues and ensure a positive work environment
• Monitor daily call reports and performance tracking

4. Business Development

• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Build relationships with colleges, institutions, and corporates
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional activities
• Increase brand visibility in the local market 

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Track sales, revenue, and operational performance
• Maintain branch MIS and documentation
• Report performance to management regularly 

6.Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Sales and target-driven mindset

7.Qualification

• MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2 to 5 years experience in EdTech / Education / Sales / Branch Operations
• Experience in managing sales and counselling team is preferred
