Branch Relationship Executive

Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) at SBI Card primarily focuses on sales and customer acquisition within assigned SBI bank branches. This role acts as a bridge between the bank's walk-in customers and SBI Card’s credit products. 

Core Responsibilities

• Sales & Acquisition: Proactively approach walk-in customers to sell SBI Credit Cards and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Explain various card features, benefits, interest rates, and fees to prospective clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Lead Generation: Follow up on leads provided by the bank or generated through tele-calling and branch interaction.
• Documentation & KYC: Collect and verify essential customer documents (ID proof, income proof, etc.) to ensure complete and accurate application processing.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with both customers and SBI branch staff to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports and update the management on performance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum qualification is typically 12th Pass, though graduates are often preferred.
• Experience: Open to freshers, though 1–2 years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are essential to handle high-pressure sales environments.
• Age Limit: Generally between 21 and 35 years

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Typically ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month depending on location and experience.
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives are a significant part of the total compensation package.
