Branch Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Actively identify potential customers, cold call, and convert leads to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Product Promotion: Explain credit card features, benefits, interest rates, and fee structures to prospective clients.
• Documentation & Verification: Collect and verify customer documents (KYC) for accuracy and ensure timely processing of applications.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain an accurate database of prospects. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in direct sales, banking, or telecom is often preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-Oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
• Education: Typically requires a HSC or higher education.
