Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support branch sales activities by identifying opportunities and referring customers to relevant products and services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer outreach programs and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve branch targets and enhance overall performance.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a banking environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
