Branch Sales Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets

• Drive branch revenue and ensure target achievement

• Handle high-value customers and close premium sales

• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports

• Train and motivate sales staff on product knowledge and selling skills

• Maintain showroom display standards and overall branch discipline

• Build relationships with interior designers, architects & contractors

• Oversee billing, stock coordination, and smooth branch operations
