Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements and system design for insurance platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT, and vendors.
• Support full SDLC – from requirements to UAT & Go-Live.
• Analyze legacy systems and create technical documentation/training materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–12 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in P&C Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, legacy systems, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, UML, BPMN.
