Business Analyst II

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support commercial activities across the assigned segment or team
• Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, dashboards, and regular reporting
• Support product launches, including coordination, documentation, and tracking
• Assist with product design changes by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Handle customer problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective closure
• Provide warranty support and coordinate with relevant departments as required
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial reviews for internal and external meetings
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and customers to ensure alignment
• Support continuous improvement of commercial processes and tools

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a commercial, sales support, operations, or related role
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced commercial environment

• Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
