Job Description:

Mithila Paints Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern (SalesFocus) to support sales analytics, reporting, and customer complaint resolution. The internwill work closely with the sales and management team to analyze data, generate insights, andimprove overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform sales data analysis using Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query,advanced formulas)

• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Advanced Power BI
• Write and execute queries using Advanced SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Aggregations)
• Use Python (Basic) for simple data analysis and automation tasks
• Track sales performance and identify trends and improvement areas
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and share actionable insights
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales and customer data
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, M.Sc
• Freshers and final-year students may apply
• Required Skills:o Advanced MS Excelo Advanced Power BIo Advanced SQLo Python (Basic)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English And Marathi
• Ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn
