Job Description:
Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of business architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CLM Technologies like (Ironclad, Icertis).
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience in developing and implementing business cases.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in CLM Technologies like (Ironclad, Icertis).
- This position is based at our Accenture offices in India.
