Summary: As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining opportunities that create tangible business value for clients. Your typical day will involve leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and defining the necessary business solutions and structures. You will also be responsible for developing business cases that align with the client's vision, ensuring that all aspects of the project contribute to achieving strategic goals and objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you work to translate complex requirements into actionable plans that drive success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Anaplan. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
