Job Description

Qui Vive Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is a Company in business for more than a decade having established itself in IT consulting, Sports equipment, Electrical goods distribution markets. As a part of its growth initiative the company is now entering into electrical equipment distribution market.

We are looking for a committed competitive, dynamic and result oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team and grow business activities for the Company in the given markets. Prior experience in the relevant field will be an advantage.

You will complete all tasks assigned by the Company, which will include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, kiosk marketing, institutional as well as b 2 B sales and achieving targets – both quantitative and qualitative. The job is field job and will involve travelling to various cities for Business Development.

Role and Responsibilities

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FIELD JOB ONLY. CANDIDATES SEEKING RETAIL COUNTER SALES OPPORTUNITIES NEED NOT APPLY

·        Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

·        Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, people networking, etc.

·        Leading Go-to-Customer activities through kiosk sales, targeted demos, etc.

·        Effectively communicate the product benefits and business proposition to customers

·        Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

·        Ensure proper reporting and be available for periodic reviews

·        Be a part of the team to achieve individual and team targets / goals

·        Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

·        Gather information about competing products and suggest market strategies to counter

Skills and Attributes required

·        Graduate

·        Good Verbal Communication in Hindi, Marathi, English

·        Proven experiences in Sales

·        Good interpersonal skills and Negotiation skills

·        Love and willingness for travel extensively

·        Individual vehicle and valid driving license
