Hiring Business Development Associate (BDA) / Inside sales Executives 

Locations & Openings:

• Pune (Marathi speakers) – 20 positions
• Bangalore (Kannada native speakers) – 20 positions
• Total Vacancies: 40

Work Mode: Work from Office, Training: 2 months in Hyderabad

After completion of Training work from Base location according to the language for Pune and Bangalore locations.

 Compensation

• In Training: 15000/- monthly (₹15,000 stipend + ₹10,000 allowance/month to stay in Hyderabad + ₹3,000 travel expenses support for arriving Hyderabad for Training and after training going back to Bangalore).
• Post-Training: Fixed 3.6 LPA (₹30,000/month) + Incentives, CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA Including Incentives upto 2.4 LPA

 Eligibility:

• Age: 21–27 years, Unmarried
• Graduate/PG (Laptop mandatory)
• Fluent Marathi native speakers (For Pune) + Good English and Fluent Kannada for Bangalore location.
• Anyone from sales background or fresher with good convincing skills can apply, Counselors, inside sales, telecallers, outbound sales, Business Development role can apply.
• Not eligible: Pursuing courses, competitive exam prep, online learners

Role Highlights

• Guide and counsel students & parents on career programs
• Manage sales cycle: calls, demos, closing, post-sales support
• Achieve weekly revenue & enrollment targets
• Build rapport, maintain lead records, and provide feedback

• Advantage EdTech sales experience.
