📝 Job Overview- Florentina Interiors & Architecture is hiring a Business Development Associate responsible for acquiring high-value interior designing and development projects. This is a target-driven acquisition role focused on bringing premium interior projects ranging from ₹10 Lakhs to ₹30 Lakhs per month.
🎯 Key Responsibilities• Identify and acquire new interior designing & development projects
• Generate high-ticket business (₹10 Lakhs – ₹30 Lakhs per month)
• Build and maintain strong contractor & infrastructure network
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions
• Negotiate and close high-value interior deals
• Achieve monthly revenue and acquisition targets
🎓 Eligibility Criteria• Experience in Interior Project Sales / Interior Business Development preferred
• Must have strong contractor & infrastructure contacts (Mandatory)
• Must have own bike for field visits (Mandatory)
• Target-oriented and confident in closing premium projects
🛠 Required Skills• Strong negotiation & deal-closing ability
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Understanding of interior project costing and execution flow
• Market networking & lead generation capability
