💼 Role Overview

We are a fast-growing car accessories distribution company supplying products to car accessory shops across Pune & PCMC.

We are looking for energetic sales professionals who enjoy field work, meeting dealers, and closing business.

✅ Who Can Apply

• 1–3 years experience in field sales / B2B sales
• Experience in automobile / accessories / FMCG / distribution preferred
• Comfortable with daily market visits
• Basic communication skills (Hindi required)
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence required

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Visit car accessories shops & dealers daily
• Generate orders and follow up for payments
• Onboard new retailers in assigned area
• Maintain strong dealer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 / month

• Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000 (performance based)

• TA/DA: Extra as applicable

• Growth: Fast salary + role growth for performers

👉 High performers earn ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month
