Business Development Executive – Calling Process Company: Traders Paradise

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Saturday: Half Day

Sunday: Week Off

Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive/Pre-Sales Executive to join Traders Paradise. This role focuses entirely on calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, and generating quality leads for the sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with people over the phone, we want to hear from you.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant project information.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM with accurate customer details.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits (if applicable).
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calling and lead generation.
• Share customer feedback with the team to improve service quality.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred; English is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in telecalling or pre-sales will be an added advantage.
• Other RequirementsShould be punctual and disciplined with assigned calling targets.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Should maintain professionalism and customer-centric behaviour on calls.
