Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Visit hospitals, societies, offices, and commercial buildings for business development
  • Generate new clients for housekeeping, patient care, and cleaning products
  • Explain company services and products to clients
  • Handle client meetings and give presentations
  • Follow up regularly for closing deals
  • Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/records
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Requirements:Education: Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (facility management preferred)
  • Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)
  • Own bike & driving license (preferred)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
