Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiner

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Preferred: Male Candidates Fresher to 3 Years Experience

PRIC Technology Pvt. Ltd. is an event-tech platform helping creators and event hosts manage, grow, and scale their events with ease. We support creators across India with tools for bookings, payments, marketing, and client engagement.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media research
• Prospect and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Conduct outreach activities including cold calling, follow-ups & demo scheduling
• Explain our platform offerings clearly to creators and event hosts
• Convert leads into active clients
• Support onboarding of creators on the PRIC platform
• Manage client relationships and provide timely support
• Resolve client queries and ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain follow-up records and daily reporting

🎯 Requirements:

• Graduate/Undergraduate (completed)
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)
• Polite & professional attitude
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Basic knowledge of social media & lead generation methods
• Ability to manage meetings, demos & follow-ups
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
