Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for driving admissions, promoting our courses (NDA, NEET, IIT-JEE, Foundation), and expanding our reach across schools, coaching networks, and parent communities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the education sector, especially related to defence and competitive exam preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the institute’s courses for students from Classes, including NDA, NEET, IIT-JEE, and Foundation programs.
  • Identify and generate leads through school visits, seminars, exhibitions, online channels, and partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational consultants.
  • Conduct counselling sessions to guide students and parents on course offerings, career paths, and admission procedures.
  • Organize and represent the institute at promotional events like education fairs, workshops, and webinars.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrolment targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns (offline and online).
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to the academic and marketing teams for product improvement and market needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or counselling in the education or ed-tech sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students and parents.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings, seminars, and school visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with coaching institutes or education consultancies (NDA, NEET, IIT-JEE domain).
  • Knowledge of the defence exam structure (NDA), CBSE curriculum, and competitive exam landscape in India.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
